4. Sharing Your Information with Recruitment Companies

The core purpose of The Recruiter is to connect candidates with recruitment companies. By registering a profile on our platform, you explicitly consent to your profile - including your name, contact details, LinkedIn URL, and CV - being shared with and viewed by our partnered recruitment companies.

These recruitment companies may contact you directly about roles they believe are a good match for your profile. We require all partner companies to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and to use it solely for recruitment purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not share your data with any company outside of our recruitment partner network without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

We may also share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers). These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us and to keep it secure.
